Your Role:
As a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP), you will be an integral part of our team, working collaboratively to enhance the quality of life for our residents. Your expertise will help in the assessment and treatment of speech and language disorders, ensuring that our residents receive the highest standard of care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to determine the speech and language needs of residents.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.
  • Provide therapy to residents, utilizing evidence-based practices to improve communication skills.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive care for residents.
  • Educate residents and their families about speech and language disorders and treatment options.

Qualifications:
  • A master's degree in speech pathology or its equivalent.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC/SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
  • Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a speech-language pathologist.
  • Prior experience in speech therapy is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.
  • Knowledge of speech therapy principles, methods, and materials.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate emotional stability.
