Job Title: DSP Driver

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate DSP Driver to provide transportation services for our clients with disabilities. As a DSP Driver, you will be responsible for transporting individuals to and from programs, appointments, and community events in a safe and respectful manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide transportation services for clients with disabilities, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the journey.
  • Operate a vehicle in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
  • Assist clients with mobility needs, including the operation of wheelchair lifts and securing wheelchairs.
  • Utilize mobile technology to communicate with dispatch staff and receive trip information.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of transportation services, adhering to company standards.
  • Train other employees on the proper operation of vehicles, lifts, and wheelchair securing devices.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the vehicle.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding vehicle use and transportation services.

  • A competitive hourly rate of $15.00, with additional pay for evening and weekend shifts.

Requirements:
  • A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
  • A valid Wisconsin driver's license with a clean driving record.
