ROLE SUMMARY: The Supply Chain Process Specialist is responsible for the design and execution of material and information flow processes within various projects. This role emphasizes a comprehensive understanding of the supply chain system and plays a crucial part in small to medium scale initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Identify and address unarticulated customer needs and propose effective solutions.

2. Develop and implement integrated processes that align with project objectives, including new product launches and capacity enhancements.

3. Assist in the configuration of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems for new products and processes.

4. Integrate advanced software and hardware technologies into manufacturing operations to enhance efficiency and support production teams.

5. Create and optimize material, inventory, and information flow processes that align with business strategies.

6. Facilitate cross-functional team meetings, continuous improvement events, and value stream mapping sessions.

7. Design and procure material storage solutions and handling equipment for medium to large scale projects.

8. Build collaborative relationships with colleagues and suppliers across the organization.

9. Communicate innovative ideas, project updates, and outcomes to teams and leadership through structured presentations that encourage engagement.

10. Generate new concepts aimed at reducing overall supply chain costs.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.

- 1-5 years of experience in project management, supply chain, IT, operations, or industrial engineering is preferred.

- Familiarity with material and information flow systems, including ERP and MES, as well as lean methodologies.

- Exceptional listening, verbal, and written communication abilities.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Experience with change management practices.

- Project management capabilities.

- Cross-functional experience is advantageous.

- Willingness to travel up to 25% if necessary.
