Job Summary

We are seeking a CoOp Student - KidStrong Coach to join our team. As a KidStrong Coach, you will be responsible for leading our fitness classes, educating parents on our curriculum, and working with kids to help them develop their physical and emotional skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead fitness classes for kids aged 1-11
  • Develop and implement lesson plans to meet the needs of our students
  • Communicate with parents and guardians to provide updates on their child's progress
  • Work with our team to develop and implement new programs and services

Requirements

  • Passion for working with kids
  • Prior experience coaching students within the appropriate KidStrong age (1-11yr) is preferred
  • Experience talking to and educating parents on our curriculum
  • Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics
  • CPR certified
  • Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills
  • Self-starter that just gets the job done
