About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Director to join our Corporate Finance practice, specifically within the Power, Renewables & Energy Transition team. As a key member of our team, you will provide critical insight and advisory support to businesses, lenders, equity and infrastructure investors, law firms, and utilities in the US, UK, Europe, and internationally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead complex project initiatives, including strategic decision-making, financial and operational restructuring, due diligence, transaction advisory, merger integration, business carve-outs, and performance improvement.
  • Conduct in-depth industry analyses across sectors related to the energy transition, including market assessments, supply and demand analyses, and assessments of market and technology trends.
  • Prepare major client deliverables, including detailed market assessments, supply and demand analyses, and assessments of market and technology trends.
  • Collaborate with senior project team members to develop the approach to projects, or parts of large projects, and anticipate, identify, and resolve issues.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business, Engineering, Environmental Science, Accounting, or any related business field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant post-graduate professional experience.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead complex project initiatives.
  • Advanced project management skills and experience in managing people, complex projects, and individual work streams.
  • Experience conducting in-depth industry analyses across sectors related to energy transition.
