Clinical Supervisor ICU

At Foundations for Living, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Supervisor ICU to join our team. As a Clinical Supervisor ICU, you will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to our ICU nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and promoting a positive work environment.
Responsibilities:- Provide clinical leadership and guidance to ICU nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote a positive work environment and improve patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to nursing staff.
- Identify and address any issues or concerns related to patient care or staff performance.
- Current RN license in the State of Nevada.
- Minimum of one year full-time or three years part-time experience in acute care specialty nursing.
- One to three years supervisory experience preferred.
- Must be proficient in physical assessment of the cardiovascular patient and fluent in cardiovascular anatomy and physiology.
- Must be comfortable with 12-lead EKG interpretation and cardiac arrhythmias.
