Clinical Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Supervisor to join our team at AMG Specialty Hospital - Las Vegas. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to our nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care in our ICU/Stepdown unit.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership and guidance to nursing staff, ensuring adherence to hospital policies and procedures.
- Assume overall responsibility for clinical nursing practice, ensuring continuity and consistency in decision-making.
- Act as a resource and support person for nursing staff, providing education and training as needed.
- Represent administration during events, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Emphasize a culture of professionalism and accountability, fostering a positive work environment.
- Communicate effectively with physicians, CCO, and co-workers, ensuring seamless care coordination.
- Respond quickly and accurately to changes in patient condition or response to treatment.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Current Nevada Registered Nurse License.
- ICU experience and/or CCRN or PCCN certification.
- BLS certification.
- ACLS certification.
- Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Basic computer knowledge.
