  • Deliver home medical equipment to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Educate customers on the use and maintenance of medical equipment
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Drive safely and defensively, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations
  • Clean and maintain rental equipment, as well as the delivery vehicle
  • Responsible for observing confidentiality and adhering to all company policies

Requirements

  • Clean driving record
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to communicate and share information with diverse customers and peers
  • Mechanical and technical skills desired
  • A resourceful self-starter able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, Monday through Saturday
  • Ability to respond to customer questions and concerns with a friendly, committed attitude
  • A High school diploma or a G.E.D.

Physical Requirements

  • Reaching, crouching, kneeling, and stooping
  • Frequent use of computers and other technology, necessary to perform job functions
  • Frequently lift/move up to 75lbs

  • Bilingual skills (English/Spanish)
