Key Responsibilities
The Administrator will oversee various operational aspects, ensuring high levels of satisfaction among residents, families, and team members. Specific duties include:
- Recruiting, training, and supervising team members to maintain a supportive work environment.
- Collaborating with the Leadership Team to strategize community planning and development.
- Conducting regular inspections to ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies.
- Managing staffing and retention initiatives, including incentive programs to promote team morale.
- Overseeing financial operations, including budgeting, payroll, and accounts management.
- Working closely with sales and marketing teams to optimize occupancy and revenue.

Qualifications
