Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Professional to join our team at Randstad. As a Financial Professional, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day financial transactions of our clients, preparing financial reports, analyzing profit and loss statements, and supporting the month-end and year-end close processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
  • Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including profit and loss, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Support the month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis.
  • Collaborate with external accountants during audits and tax preparation.
  • Monitor cash flow and assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.

Requirements:

  • 7 years of experience in accounting or finance.
  • Experience with financial software and systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
