Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a procurement strategy for various professional services
  • Conduct detailed analyses of current spending patterns to identify opportunities for savings and efficiencies
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, negotiating contracts and terms to ensure optimal service levels and cost-effectiveness
  • Assess and mitigate risks associated with procurement decisions in financial services, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of procurement activities with organizational goals
  • Stay informed about market trends and best practices in financial services procurement to continuously improve strategies and processes
Requirements
  • 6+ years of sourcing and procurement experience specifically in professional services
  • At least 3 years of experience in a management role desired
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Master's degree/MBA preferred
  • Deep working knowledge of corporate services in Finance, Legal, and HR and prior experience negotiating mid to large enterprise contracts and service agreements
  • Experience with outsourced services is desirable
