As a Cleaner at Velociti Services, you will play a crucial role in our dedicated team, delivering professional cleaning services at various client sites. Your primary focus will be on essential custodial tasks, which encompass mopping, dusting, vacuuming, sanitizing, and waste management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Adhere to safety protocols, policies, and procedures
- Collaborate effectively with fellow team members
- Maintain a tidy and organized workspace
- Follow all operational guidelines and company standards
- Accept guidance and respond positively to supervision
- Engage professionally with leads, supervisors, colleagues, management, and clients
- Assist during staff shortages as needed
- Support the shift lead in completing assigned tasks
- Utilize appropriate personal protective equipment
- Exhibit a professional demeanor and appearance
- Understand the principles of customer service and satisfaction
- Familiarize yourself with reporting systems and environmental considerations
- Build trust with clients and team members

- Vacuuming and floor care
- Edge cleaning
- Dusting surfaces
- Sanitizing and replenishing restrooms and break areas
- Window washing
- Disposing of trash and transporting waste to designated areas
- Sweeping and mopping floors
