- Manage budgeting processes and maintain client relationships.
- Lead monthly client meetings and conduct facility walkthroughs.
- Engage directly with vendors and contractors for pre-safety checks.
- Oversee operations involving compressed air systems and chillers.
- Handle industrial-grade manufacturing equipment, including large HVAC units.
Client Relations: Foster and maintain positive client interactions; participate in client meetings.
Maintenance Oversight: Coordinate and manage repair and maintenance tasks performed by technicians, vendors, and contractors, ensuring completion of work orders.
Facility Inspections: Conduct inspections and prepare reports on facility conditions.
Project Management: Manage moves, additions, and changes within the facility. Obtain and evaluate price quotes for procurement of parts and services.
Budget Management: Prepare capital project budgets and variance reports; assist in overall budget management.
Vendor Relations: Train vendors on work order and billing procedures; ensure accuracy in invoice processing and cost center coding.
Technology Utilization: Utilize PC and/or PDA for work order systems and training purposes.
Financial Analysis: Conduct business analysis and prepare relevant reports.
Physical Requirements: The role requires physical activities such as stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry loads exceeding 50 lbs.
Qualifications: A minimum of 4 years of supervisory experience in industrial facilities is required. An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business, technical, or management fields is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and work order systems is essential.
