Overview

Morrison Animal Hospital is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. As a key member of our hospital staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support to our veterinarians, technicians, and other staff members.

Responsibilities
  • Provide warm and welcoming greetings to clients and their pets, ensuring a positive and stress-free experience.
  • Answer phone calls promptly and professionally, handling client inquiries and providing knowledgeable advice on animal care and veterinary services.
  • Schedule appointments and surgeries, making confirmation calls and ensuring accurate medical records.
  • Process payments, handle client communications, and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
  • Work collaboratively with our veterinary team to ensure seamless client care and support.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and empathetic demeanor.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in computer software and systems, with experience in veterinary practice management.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
