Job Summary

The Public Safety Officer will provide exceptional guest service and respond to emergencies in a friendly and welcoming manner. This role involves enforcing resort rules, regulations, and covenants, as well as providing assistance with vehicle-related issues and emergencies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interact with property owners, guests, and employees to provide a high level of customer service
  • Assist with vehicle pull-outs, jump-starts, vehicle unlocks, intrusion alarms, and motor vehicle accidents
  • Enforce resort safety and emergency procedures, including responding to medical emergencies
  • Make critical decisions in urgent situations and coordinate response with local EMS providers
  • Manage and resolve customer service issues, enforce resort regulations, and ensure proper use of company property
Requirements
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including overnight and holidays
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of emergency and law enforcement services
  • Ability to adapt to dynamic situations and prioritize tasks
