Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Shift Supervisor to join our team at Allied Universal. As a Security Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the delivery of quality security services on a specific shift at an assigned customer location.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise staff on assigned shift, providing coaching, recognition, and discipline within approved empowerment range.
  • Act as a liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager, and professional security officers.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor security operations and provide feedback to staff.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve security services and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of security services.
Requirements
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
  • Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public in a professional and effective manner.
  • Ability to use initiative and independent judgment within established guidelines.
  • Intermediate computer skills to utilize innovative, wireless technology at client-specific sites.
  • Ability to handle both common and crisis situations at the client site, calmly and efficiently.
  • Display exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Able to work in various environments such as cold weather, rain/snow, or heat.
  • Occasionally lift or carry up to 40 pounds.
  • Climb stairs, ramps, or ladders occasionally during shift.
  • Stand or walk on various surfaces for long periods of time.
