Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our rehabilitation team at Village Healthcare Rehab. The successful candidate will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans for patients with cognitive and/or ADL physical functioning disorders.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate patients' cognitive and physical abilities to identify areas of strength and weakness.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that address patients' specific needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of care and services.
  • Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
  • Provide education and support to patients, families, and caregivers on managing cognitive and physical functioning disorders.
Requirements:
  • Valid Occupational Therapy license
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in occupational therapy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Salary:

$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
