Job Overview
As a Regional Manager at Multifamily Management Company, you will play a critical role in leading our team in Alabama to achieve exceptional results. You will be responsible for overseeing the operation of a portfolio of properties, developing marketing plans to promote high levels of occupancy, and ensuring compliance with company standards. Your expertise in property management and ability to communicate effectively with residents, staff, and external agencies will make you a valuable asset to our team.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.
* Monitor collections, collection loss, vacancy reports, and court filings through computer-generated and manual systems.
* Review and take appropriate action on resident requests and work directly with residents as needed.
* Ensure that resident lease terminations and grievance hearings are properly processed.
* Meet with residents, resident organizations, and external agencies to receive input regarding the operation and address concerns.
* Oversee the development and implementation of marketing plans and strategies to promote high levels of occupancy.

**Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree in management, business administration, or a closely related field.
* Minimum of three years experience in property management, preferably conventional multifamily, and experience involving public contact.
* Certifications related to the position, such as CPM or CAM, are preferred.
* Neat, clean, and appropriate appearance.
* Valid Driving License and automobile insurance.

**Salary:**
* $70,000 - $90,000 per year.
