Twin Restaurant Holding, LLC is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Janitor / Busser to join our team. As a key member of our restaurant staff, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitized environment for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Adhere to uniform standards and maintain a clean and organized appearance at all times.
- Ensure that all areas of the restaurant, including the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms, are clean and sanitized to the highest standards.
- Maintain clean and organized stations and equipment, including the dish area and walk-in cooler.
- Ensure that all Health and Safety Standards, Safety and Sanitation, and GHS requirements are followed at all times.
- Work effectively as a team member to achieve common goals and objectives.
- Train using tablets or computer to ensure proficiency in all aspects of the job.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Assist with opening and closing duties of the restaurant, including sweeping, mopping, cleaning tables, etc.
- Proven experience as a Janitor Busser or in a similar role.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and understand policies and procedures.
- Ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out simple one or two-step instructions.
- Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
- Must attend orientation and agree to policies and procedures as outlined in the Twin Peaks training.
- Must attend and successfully complete the training program prior to working a shift without supervision.

While performing the duties of this role, the janitor busser is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands and fingers to handle, feel, or carry objects, product, or controls; and talk or hear. The janitor busser is required to reach with hands and arms. The janitor busser must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this role include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to focus.

While performing the duties of this role, the janitor busser is regularly exposed to fumes or airborne particles from the kitchen. Janitor bussers are also occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions when in the dish area or walk-in cooler. Additionally, janitor bussers may be exposed to toxic or caustic chemicals when cleaning. Some Twin Peaks have smoking sections for guests and therefore janitor bussers may be exposed to cigarette or cigar smoke.
