  • Comfortable with prolonged standing and bending.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Measure, cut, construct, or repair wooden or wood-like items, including scaffolding, staging components, panels, pallets, concrete forms, drywall, and roofing structures.
  • Measure, cut, construct, install, repair, and modify structural elements such as rafters, walls, staircases, windows, frames, trim, and cabinetry.
  • Independently plan and execute projects involving the construction, alteration, repair, and modification of frameworks, rafters, doors, finished paneling, windows, interior/exterior trim, staircases, trusses, and beams.
  • Plan, measure, and layout carpentry materials utilizing extensive knowledge of wood and alternative materials, employing both general and precision woodworking techniques.
  • Possess knowledge of metal framing for walls and suspended ceilings.
  • Demonstrate skills in concrete work and masonry.
