Position Overview


The Class Action Litigation Paralegal will be instrumental in assisting attorneys with the preparation, submission, and management of legal documents pertinent to intricate class action litigation.

Key responsibilities include performing legal research, liaising with expert witnesses, and engaging with various stakeholders involved in the cases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Aid in the preparation and submission of court documents
  • Conduct thorough legal research and factual inquiries
  • Organize and maintain case files while overseeing the discovery process
  • Draft legal documents, including pleadings and motions
  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and vendors
  • Coordinate large-scale class action lawsuits
  • Ensure adherence to legal regulations and civil procedure rules

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Paralegal, ideally in class action litigation
  • Strong knowledge of Plaintiff, Litigation, Personal Injury, and Employment law
  • Bachelor's degree in Law or Paralegal Studies is preferred
  • Paralegal certification from an ABA-approved institution is advantageous
  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools
  • High standards of integrity and confidentiality
