Concrete Mixer Operator

Position: Ready Mix Truck Operator - CDL Required

Compensation: $25.00 / HR DOE

Company Overview:

Summit Materials is seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Ready Mix Truck Operator with a valid Commercial Driver's License (Class A or B). In this role, you will be responsible for operating a front discharge truck to mix and deliver our premium concrete products to various job sites. Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a front discharge truck to mix and transport ready mix concrete.
• Load the truck with concrete and ensure safe delivery to job sites.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards of the vehicle.
• Assess the condition of the concrete and manage the unloading process at the site.

Qualifications:

• Valid Class A or B CDL License is mandatory.
• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Preferred experience of six months to one year in a related driving position.
• Ability to operate truck auxiliary equipment safely, including levers and mixing drums.
