Concrete Mixer Operator

Position: Ready Mix Driver - CDL Required (Front Discharge)

Compensation: $25.00 / HR DOE

Company Overview:

Summit Materials is seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Ready Mix Driver with a valid Commercial Driver's License (Class A or B). This role involves operating a front discharge truck to mix and deliver high-quality concrete products to various job sites. Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a front discharge truck to mix and deliver concrete at job sites.
• Load the truck with ready mix concrete efficiently.
• Drive safely to job locations and unload mixed concrete.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections on the vehicle, ensuring cleanliness and maintenance standards are met.
• Assess the condition of concrete upon delivery and manage unloading procedures.

Qualifications:

• Valid Class A or B CDL License is mandatory.
• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Preferred experience of six months to one year in a similar driving role.
• Ability to operate truck equipment safely, including levers, chutes, and mixing drums.
