Motor Vehicle Client Service Specialist

The Motor Vehicle Direct Client Service Specialist I is a fast-paced position that requires dealing with large numbers of customers every day. This role involves working independently and making informed decisions, with a strong emphasis on attention to detail. The ability to process large sums of money and provide excellent customer service skills are essential for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities- Administer road and written tests in inclement weather
- Travel to other offices to assist with staffing shortages
- Process large sums of money and maintain accurate records
- Provide exceptional customer service to a diverse range of customers
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Two or more years of work experience in a customer or client service role
- Significant public contact and regular use of computer programs
- Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
