At Thriveworks, we're dedicated to providing exceptional mental health services to our clients. As a Licensed Therapist, you'll play a vital role in helping individuals achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality therapy sessions to clients, either in-person or via telehealth
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each client
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of client progress
Requirements:
  • Current licensure as a LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) in Connecticut
  • Ability to work a minimum of 15 sessions per week
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to providing exceptional client care and service
