Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality therapy sessions to clients, either in-person or via telehealth
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each client
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of client progress
Requirements:
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Connecticut
  • Ability to work a minimum of 15 sessions per week
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to providing exceptional client care
