Job Title: Project Manager

Hubbell Power Systems is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects according to the established Hubbell Enterprise Project Management delivery methodology.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set project scope and objectives, define milestones, create project plans, and manage project execution, implementation, and closure.
  • Coordinate across multiple functional areas to successfully complete complex business and data-related projects.
  • Assist in establishing project budgets and delivering on-time and within budget.
  • Monitor and report project statuses to teams and assess results.
  • Maintain and enhance good customer relations by providing reliable and prompt communications to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field required.
  • PMI/CPM certification preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience with project management.
  • Experience within SAP or other ERP business systems preferred.
  • Strong comprehensive knowledge of business systems and applications, such as Microsoft Project or Project Server.
  • Strong knowledge of business processes across all functional areas is preferable with a good working knowledge of how Master Data is critical to effective business process execution.
