Job Title: Registered Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Actalent, a global leader in engineering and sciences services and talent solutions. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, comprehensive primary, preventative, and behavioral health services to our patients.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in nursing, with a focus on patient care and health education. You will work closely with our medical staff to provide professional nursing care to patients, including conducting health histories, documenting patient charts, and preparing equipment for treatments and examinations.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough health histories, including current complaints, past and present medication use, and patient identifiers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient charts, including nursing observations, vital signs, and reactions to tests.
  • Prepare equipment and assist physicians during treatments and examinations.
  • Initiate follow-up care as necessary and instruct patients on healthcare issues.
  • Assess and triage patients as they present, either by telephone or in person.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of growth and development principles over the lifespan and provide appropriate care.
Requirements:
  • 1 year of experience in a primary care setting preferred.
  • Registered Nurse License - NYSCPR Certification from either the AHA, ARC, or National CPR Association.
  • Experience in Behavioral Health, Pediatrics, Podiatry, Women and Infant Care, Urgent Care.
