Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through door-to-door sales, networking with insurance agents, property managers, and collaborating with home builders, realtors, and targeting residential and commercial property owners.

• Conduct thorough assessments of potential clients' roofing needs, providing expert advice and recommendations.

• Work closely with insurance companies to facilitate roofing claims, ensuring seamless processing and maximizing opportunities for sales.

• Maintain a strong understanding of our products, services, and pricing structures to effectively communicate value propositions to potential customers.

• Utilize our office management system and CRM to organize, track, and follow up on leads efficiently.

• Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the growth and success of the company.

• Collaborate with the sales team and management to identify new strategies for business development and market expansion.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in sales, preferably in the roofing or construction industry.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-lasting relationships with clients.

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a drive to succeed and exceed targets.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple leads, projects, and tasks simultaneously.

• Knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and installation processes is preferred, but can be trained as needed.

• Experience working with insurance companies and handling roofing claims is a plus.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
