About the Role:
We are looking for a caring and reliable individual to join our team as a live-in caregiver. As a caregiver, you will play a vital role in improving the quality of life for our clients by assisting with daily activities and promoting their independence.
Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals according to dietary needs and restrictions.
- Assist with medication reminders.
- Assist with mobility and transfer of clients using proper lifting techniques.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks including cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
- Accompany clients to medical appointments, social outings, or other activities.
- Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversations with clients.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in caregiving or related fields such as assisted living, nursing homes, or home care is preferred.
- Knowledge of basic caregiving techniques and practices.
- Ability to drive and have a valid driver's license.
