About the Job

The role of the Annuity New Business & Service Specialist is to provide exceptional support to clients with annuity accounts, ensuring accurate and timely on-boarding and ongoing customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Enter new client information into the CRM and update as necessary.
  • Daily review workflow in CRM for outstanding tasks.
  • Review related flowchart information with Aum New Business Specialist.
  • Prepare annuity applications for clients and save in Office Share folder.
  • Email completed Annuity Applications to clients for review and signatures.
  • Provide excellent customer service to all clients.
  • Submit signed applications to Impact.
  • Follow up with applicable fiduciaries to ensure timely transfer of assets to Zinnia.
  • Enter monies received from fiduciaries into the New Business log.
  • Follow up with clients regarding monies received and issuance of related policy within 24 hours.
  • Ensure all issued policies are saved in CRM and Blueleaf.
  • Prepare and/or process forms related to clients' accounts, including withdraw forms, allocation forms, income riders, change of address, beneficiary, etc.
