Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Acute Rehabilitation Unit team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing patient care, as well as serving as a clinical resource for staff and patients. You will also assume administrative duties as delegated by your manager and perform duties in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and implement patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Serve as a clinical resource for staff and patients, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Assume administrative duties as delegated by manager, including data entry, charting, and other tasks.
  • Perform duties in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program.
  • Current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed.
  • Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire.
