Job Summary:

The Strategic Business Insights Director will play a critical role in driving business growth and profitability through the effective use of data analytics and business intelligence. This individual will lead a team of analysts and developers in generating actionable insights from large datasets, identifying trends and patterns, and developing strategic recommendations for senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business intelligence strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
  • Lead a team of analysts and developers in generating insights from large datasets.
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
  • Develop strategic recommendations for senior leadership based on data-driven insights.
  • Mentor and develop team members to improve skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate business intelligence into daily operations.
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and security.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business intelligence and data analytics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical role, or minimum 3 years of experience in a management role.
  • Experience with database management systems, including SQL Server.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven leadership skills and experience in managing and mentoring technical teams.

Salary Range:$150,000 - $170,000 per year.
