Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Pharmacist to join our team at Walmart. As a Pharmacist, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the safe and effective use of medications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive patient care, including processing and accurately dispensing prescription orders, administering immunizations, and counseling patients on medication use and health-related topics.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and address any concerns or issues that may arise.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest developments in pharmacy practice and apply this knowledge to improve patient outcomes and enhance the overall quality of care.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD degree, or equivalent FPGE (NABP)
  • Pharmacy license (by job entry date)
  • Completion of an ACPE Accredited Immunization training program (for example, APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored)
