About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced LCSW LMFT LPCC to join our team as a Program Director at Telecare Corporation. As a Program Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our housing program, ensuring regulatory compliance, and actively overseeing quality assurance performance improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the program, including ensuring regulatory compliance and actively overseeing quality assurance performance improvements.
  • Develop and maintain a productive work relationship with State and local agency partners, actively participating in meeting customer needs and adapting to changing customer and community needs at all times.
  • Collaborate with all corporate departments and outside consultants, representing the program to State/County agencies, community partners, and consumer groups.
  • Provide clinical supervision upon request and practice psychotherapy for the purpose of assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of individuals, couples, families, and groups specifically related to license (social work, counseling, marriage and family, or substance abuse).
Requirements
  • Valid and current LCSW, LMFT, LPCC with CA BBS.
  • Four (4) years of experience in an administrative management position in a healthcare setting.
  • Two (2) years of responsibility for supervision of professional staff, budgeting, program planning, and licensing.
