The Emerald Queen Hotel & Casinos is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Hotel Ambassador to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by providing personalized service, attentiveness, and a welcoming demeanor.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional guest service and ensure a memorable stay for our guests.
  • Act as the first and last point of contact for guests, handling all guest-related matters with a high level of professionalism.
  • Have a high level of knowledge of the local area, attractions, restaurants, and entertainment, and be able to provide recommendations to guests.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service delivery and exceed guest expectations.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a hospitality environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs and work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Manual dexterity and ability to drive any type of vehicle.
  • Ability to tolerate exposure to inclement weather and a smoke-filled environment.
Additional Requirements:
  • Ability to work all scheduled shifts, including day, swing, graveyard, and holidays.
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment illegal drug screen and obtain a Class IIIB license as required by the Puyallup Tribal Gaming Regulatory Office and the Washington State Gaming Commission.
