Sales Associate Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Associate Lead to join our team at Dollar General. As a Sales Associate Lead, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing store operations, and leading a team of sales associates.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage store operations, including receiving and stocking merchandise, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Lead a team of sales associates, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure they are meeting their responsibilities and achieving their goals.
- Assist with inventory management, including counting and reconciling inventory, and ordering merchandise as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management, including opening and closing the store, and participating in company-wide initiatives.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; six months of supervisory experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, employees, and management.
- Knowledge of cash handling procedures, including cashier accountability and deposit control.
