About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Associate Lead to join our team at Dollar General. As a Sales Associate Lead, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, leading a team of sales associates, and ensuring the store runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized store, including receiving and stocking merchandise
  • Operate cash registers and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Assist customers with finding products and answering questions
  • Perform other duties as necessary to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent and six months of supervisory experience (or related experience/training)
  • Ability to perform mathematical calculations and operate cash registers
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 40 pounds
