KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct security patrols of assigned areas, either on foot or in a vehicle.
- Monitor alarm systems and surveillance cameras.
- Identify and report any irregular or unusual conditions that may pose security risks or safety hazards.
- Grant access to authorized individuals and oversee entry and exit points.
- Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports on accidents, suspicious activities, and other relevant occurrences.
- Assist customers, employees, and visitors with courtesy and professionalism.

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Exceptional customer service skills are essential.
- Ability to work independently and make sound judgments.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Keen attention to detail is necessary.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Work environment includes both indoor and outdoor settings.
- Major activities involve walking, standing, speaking, listening, and observing.
