Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Licensed Practical Nurse to support our psychiatrists and APRNs at ServiceNet's community mental health clinics in Northampton and Greenfield. The ideal candidate will have experience working with clients experiencing chronic and persistent mental illness and/or substance use disorders.

Responsibilities:

Serve as a liaison between clients and prescribers, answering and returning phone calls from clients, referring physicians, pharmacies, and other providers.
Provide psychiatric medication injections and obtain oral drug tests, assisting clients in completing related forms.
Complete prior approvals and refill requests, and perform other nursing duties as needed.

Qualifications:

Current Massachusetts LPN license
Prior experience working with clients experiencing chronic and persistent mental illness and/or substance use disorders.
Experience in community mental health clinic preferred, with the population described above.
Ability to comfortably use an electronic health record and strong written and verbal skills.
Organized and good skills in working on a team.
