About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Intern to join our team at Procter & Gamble. As a Sales Intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our customer teams and strategic selling leadership to prepare business plans and external negotiations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with customer teams to develop commercial recommendations for a category
  • Work closely with colleagues across multiple functions, including Brand Management, Supply Network Operations, and Finance
  • Develop and lead joint value for both companies through strategic partnerships with customers
  • Exercise early selling and account management responsibilities

Requirements
  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree with a graduation date of Winter 2025 or Spring 2026
  • High academic standards within their institution (considered in the top 20% of academic peers)
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of collaborating on diverse, multidisciplinary teams
  • Demonstrated ability of critical thinking and problem solving
  • Strong written and verbal communications
  • Basic financial knowledge
  • Availability to participate in a 10-week immersive internship experience during the summer of 2025
  • A valid driver's license
  • Willingness to travel on the job and relocate throughout their career
