Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Surgical Technologist to join our team at Mercy Hospital Springfield. As a Surgical Technologist in our Vascular OR, you will assist with a variety of surgical procedures, including endovascular and open cases.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with surgical procedures in the Vascular OR and Hybrid Imaging suite
  • Work collaboratively with a team of nurses and surgical techs to ensure smooth and efficient case flow
  • Prepare and maintain a sterile environment for surgical procedures
  • Monitor and maintain equipment and supplies
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience as a Surgical Technologist in a hospital setting
  • 1+ year of experience in interventional vascular procedures
  • Certification in CORST, CST, or TSC
  • BLS certification from AHA
Work Environment
