This role is integral to the Operations Team within the Rehabilitation Services department. The Senior Intake Specialist for Patient Access is responsible for a diverse range of tasks aimed at maximizing revenue for all services provided by SouthCoast Health Rehabilitation Services.
Key Responsibilities- Patient Liability Assessment: Evaluate and determine patient financial responsibilities prior to the delivery of services.
- Revenue Optimization: Engage in activities that ensure the financial viability of services rendered.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Operations Team Leader to streamline processes and enhance service delivery.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in patient access and intake processes, with a focus on healthcare revenue cycle management. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this position.
