Clinical Management Consultants is seeking an experienced Acute Care Occupational Therapist to join our team as a leader in our Rehabilitation Center. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with patients with varying conditions and needs, providing guidance and support to help them prepare for life after their injury or sickness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise Occupational Therapy exercises and develop treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique circumstances and abilities.
  • Assess patient cognitive and physical skills, and provide guidance to patients and staff on instructions and activities.
  • Accurately document patient progress and report changes to the multidisciplinary team.
  • Advocate for patients and ensure access to necessary resources for safe discharge from the hospital.
