About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Receptionist to join our team at Oregon Occupational Medicine. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support in a fast-paced medical office environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch patient care and support, including greeting and registering patients, scheduling appointments, and managing incoming calls.
  • Accurately collect and process payments for patient pay services, ensuring seamless financial transactions.
  • Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to effectively prioritize tasks and maintain a smooth patient flow.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure efficient and organized office operations.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in healthcare, preferably in a reception or administrative capacity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with patients, team members, and clients.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of electronic medical records, MS Office Suite, and document management systems.
  • Reliability, attention to detail, and a commitment to follow-through.

Work Schedule
