Experience & Qualifications:

  • A minimum of one year of baking experience is preferred.
  • A strong passion for excellence, superior service standards, and a positive demeanor.
  • Open availability for overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • Capability to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift, including frequent bending, lifting up to 50 pounds, and stooping.
  • Ability to maintain a positive and productive attitude in varying temperature environments.
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and stock the baking station with all necessary supplies, ensuring proper inventory management.
  • Create and prepare menu items in collaboration with the kitchen staff, adhering to the Hogsalt Recipe Index to meet food quality and timing standards.
  • Follow instructions and guidance from the Prep Lead, Sous Chef, Executive Chef, or other leadership.
  • Clean and dismantle the station at the end of service, ensuring compliance with food handling and storage standards.
  • Maintain kitchen operations and hygiene in accordance with food safety regulations at all times.
  • Uphold a positive and professional demeanor with coworkers, leadership, and vendors.
