Job Description

At Top Stack, we are seeking a highly skilled EDI Interface Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert-level support for electronic data interchange (EDI) interfaces, ensuring seamless communication between our systems and those of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • EDI Interface Support: Provide Tier 2 support for EDI interfaces, resolving errors and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Benefits Product Expertise: Possess extensive experience in Health and Wellness Benefits products and operations, with a strong understanding of the complexities involved.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and troubleshoot data errors, working closely with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and clients to resolve issues.
  • Documentation and Communication: Document requirements and explain data problems and solutions to stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  • Collaboration: Work with multiple stakeholders at various levels of the organization to collaborate on solving issues and implementing solutions.
  • Technical Skills: Possess strong technical skills, including experience with ANSI 12X134 standards, SQL, Excel, Power BI, and other data manipulation tools.
  • Education: Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in EDI and Health and Wellness Benefits products and operations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Highly available and responsive to time-sensitive deadlines.
