Gymnastics Instructor Trainee

Program Overview:

The Volunteer-in-Training (VIT) program at US Swim School Association is designed for youth ages 13-15 who are eager to develop the skills needed to become effective Gymnastics Instructors, Birthday Party Facilitators or Camp Counselors. This is a volunteer position where we train for possible employment opportunities on our team.

Key Responsibilities:
Participate in training sessions to develop essential management and leadership skills
Receive training in first aid, group leadership, time management, and more
Develop skills that can enhance leadership opportunities in school, extracurricular activities, and future jobs

We make possibilities limitless for children and adults with special abilities. Our knowledgeable and caring team teach gymnastics, swimming, bike riding, soccer, social skills and more. We also offer kids night out, customized birthday parties and summer camp.
