Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the extrusion operator in operating the extrusion equipment and producing quality products.
  • Monitor and complete quality checks to ensure that products meet product standards.
  • Perform placement of pallets and proper packaging techniques for finished material.
  • Move material to designated areas as needed.
  • Assist with machine cleaning functions and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Communicate daily issues and pertinent information to production team members.
  • Follow all plant safety procedures and company policies.
Requirements
  • High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to read, write, and understand English.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and read gauges and measuring devices.
