About the Role:

We're seeking a charismatic and knowledgeable Optometric Assistant to join our team at Visionworks. As a Clinical Specialist, you'll be the face of our Exam Practice, dedicated to ensuring the best possible journey for every patient.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain complete and accurate patient records before conducting preliminary testing
  • Introduce patients to ODs and provide them with important patient information
  • Transition patients from doctors to sales floors and provide associates with necessary information to educate and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs
  • Execute day-to-day operational activities to support the store's exam lane maintenance and patient experience goals, including restocking inventory, cleaning equipment, and answering phones to meet additional patient needs
